A week or so ago an admin in a FB group I am a part of reached out and asked me to submit my story. I had been a part of this particular FB group for a long time. A spectator really but when I started my "REAL" journey to health I began to follow the group a bit more closely and post my own pics. I saw other women looking amazing and wanted to encourage others with my success.
